Given the delays to the general release of the next James Bond film, No Time To Die, you can now taste the Champagne before the film even gets here. I also suspect that will make this release even more of a collectors item than normal. The majority of the reserve wines have been aged in magnums for 10 years bringing with them greater depth and texture to the Champagne.

Product Description
The House of Champagne Bollinger was founded in 1829 in the village of A, in the heart of the Cham-pagne region. Famous for its use of Pinot Noir and oak ageing techniques, the Bollinger wines are de-fined as much by the vines and the terroir as they are by the art of their blending and vi-nification. Sus-tainability and organic principles are key to the Houses philosophy, with Bollinger the first Champagne House to be awarded the Haute Valeur Environmentale certification. The quality and quest for perfec-tion for which Bollinger is renowned was recognised by the Court of England when, in 1884, the House was the first in Champagne to be awarded a Royal Warrant, which it has held ever since. Bollinger also has several iconic partnerships. In particular, as the preferred champagne of James Bond, celebrating 40 years of the partnership in 2019. The House is also the official champagne supplier of England Rugby and supports the Bollinger Everyman Wodehouse Prize, an annual literary award for comic writing.
