Single Barrel Selection Antigua 2015 is the first SBS bottling from Antigua. Distillation in a column still and aging in an ex-Bourbon cask give the rum a wonderfully oily texture and a round finish.

CASK STRENGTH

Single Barrel Selection Antigua 2015 is a single cask rum based on molasses and distilled in a column still in 2015. The rum matured in an ex-bourbon cask and was bottled at cask strength with 64.9% vol.

SBS Antigua 2015 is limited to just 257 bottles. This is the first SBS bottling from Antigua.

Tasting Notes

Scent : Sweet and buttery notes of cookie dough, chocolate and vanilla with hints of wood. Adding water develops spicier aromas.
Flavor : Oily, smooth and warming despite the high alcohol content. Notes of caramel, candied papaya and oak with a nice long finish
