MONIN Raspberry syrup has a rich, jammy and acidic flavour on the palate associated with ripe raspberries. MONIN Raspberry syrup is perfect for use in hot Chocolates, lemonades, iced teas, cocktails and mocktails.

  • Flavour: Ripe, slightly acidic raspberries on the nose with a taste of raspberry jam on the palate.
  • Used in cocktails, mocktails, sodas, smoothies and teas
  • Use 10-25ml per serve for cocktails, 20-30ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
