Around the 1840s, the pharmacist Albert Heinrich was not only allowed toopen apharmacy but also toproduce alcohol.

The A. H. Riise X. O. Reserve Rum belongs tothe best rums ofthe West Indies.
Several types ofrum are mixed together.
Only those rums are used which have been stored and matured inwooden barrels for atleast 20 years.
The Master Distiller ofthe house selects each barrel personally.
Every single bottle isnumbered, with the barrel number and the date ofbottling.

Colour: gold.
Taste: Fruity, pronounced, mild, pleasant, sweet, mangoes, papayas, oranges, vanilla.
Finish: Long lasting, creamy.
