Itdiffers from other single malts inthat amixture ofunmalted and malted barley isused.
This isfollowed byatriple distillation.
An8 year old whisky from Midleton isused, aquarter ofwhich was stored insherry casks.
The rest was stored inaBourbon cask.

However, the bottle label does not state that itisapure Pure Pot Still Irish Whiskey.

Limited edition: 12.000 bottles.

Colour: Amber.
Nose: fruity, malty.
Taste: Slightly spicy, fruity, malt, honey.
Finish: Long lasting, sweet, pleasant, dry.
