Ypica is one of the best Brazilian cachaa and is distilled from sugar cane.
After distillation, it is matured for at least two years in Frejus barrels, a special Brazilian type of wood, which gives it its unique taste.
The addition of ‘Envelhecida’ (old) indicates that at least 50% of the cachaa has matured for at least one year in a wooden container with a maximum capacity of 700 litres.
The cachaa is bottled in hand-woven Empalhada raffia bottles.
Tasting notes:

Taste: Aromatic, soft, fruity, spices.
Finish: Long lasting.
